For the second year in a row, TechCrunch is jumping across the pond and bringing the iconic Disrupt and our Hackathon to Europe. We’re heading your way, London!
The Vault at Old Billingsgate will be filled with developers and engineers working through the night on projects in hopes of winning the $5,000 TechCrunch prize, as well as a slew of custom awards from sponsoring technologies. Will you be the winner in October? Only one way to find out!
What Is The Hackathon?
The weekend-long event kicks off TechCrunch Disrupt London. Opening on Saturday, October 18 at 12:30 p.m., participates will have 20-hours(ish) to build a working concept and launch it to the stage. Following the all-night programming-palooza, teams will be given 60 seconds to present their working concept in front of the industry’s elite. There will also be API workshops and contests conducted by API sponsors.

What You Really Want: Tickets

Hackers At Disrupt Europe: London
Again, we’re excited to offer free tickets to Disrupt for competitors. This year, we’ll continue that tradition, but with a twist: Our judges will rate all presentations, and only the teams earning a score of 3 or above will receive two tickets to the conference.
Cheers and see you in October! Until then, follow us @techcrunch for more details.
